Pergamano Perga Liners Combi Box contains 20 Aquarel Pencils and 16 Basic Pencils. Pergamano Perga Liners can be used either in a Dry technique or Wet technique The Basic Pencils are used in the dry perga liners technique and the coloured lead of these pencils is oil based. You mostly work according to the fine lines technique. This means applying multiple layers of fine lines over each other. In the dry perga liners technique, you often work from dark to light. The Wet technique is a painting technique also known as Aquarelle or watercolour technique, you use both the basic and the Aquarelle pencils in this method.
