Pergamano Perforating Tool 10232 Moon. This perforating tool has the shape of a half moon and can be used on its own or combined with other perforating tools to achieve a unique result. Cut the perforations out to get a pretty design or emboss between the perforation to create white work. The outer needles are longer than the other needles on the tool. This allows you to perforate again into a perforation you made earlier. This way your perforating work will be nicely consistent.
