It was good too that you kept me informed with the progress of my order. Then on top of all this you went 'the extra mile' by answering a query about the mats required for the Big Shot, two hours after I asked the question!! Second to none service.

Hi I would just like to say I received my order today and I only ordered it about 12 noon yesterday how quick was theat for delivery. I would like to say thank you to Kay for sorting out the cricut 12x12 mats for me they are like gold dust can't get them anywhere now i can create with the cricut lol thank you again.
